Suns playoff tickets go on sale Thursday

The Suns have announced they'll begin selling playoff tickets Thursday at 10 a.m.

Tickets for the first two home games can be purchased online at suns.com, by phone at 1-800-4-NBA-TIX, at the US Airways Center box office and at all Ticketmaster locations.

The Suns will cap the number of tickets that can be purchased per person to two.

The team is also encouraging fans who want to buy tickets before they go on sale to the general public to become a member of Downtown Live to receive presale notifications. Fans interested in becoming a member, which is free of charge, can register at suns.com. Tickets go on sale for Downtown Live members beginning on Wednesday, April 16 at 2 p.m.

The first round of the 2008 NBA Playoffs will begin the weekend of Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20. The NBA playoff schedule will not be determined until the final games of the season are played next Wednesday.
